Arsene Joseph is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business owner with a passion for creating opportunities and building long-term stability. After studying auto mechanics, completing welding training, and working as a professional truck driver, he launched A & R Power Wash and Carpet Cleaning in 2008.

Arsene began investing in real estate in 2014 after choosing to purchase his first rental property instead of a luxury vehicle. He later co-founded Two Cousins Investment Property and Two Cousins Rental in 2020, followed by Le Salon et Spa de Two Cousins in 2022. His journey reflects perseverance, continuous learning, and a commitment to building a lasting legacy for his family.

After working in the poultry industry, Ylnaud earned his CDL and continued his education at Wor-Wic Community College and UMES. He later founded Best Budd & Daughters Trucking and expanded into several ventures, including Best Budd Multi Services, WOLC Immigration Services, Best Budd Realty, IBB Tax Services, Two Cousins Investment Property, Two Cousins Rentals, and Le Salon et Spa de Two Cousins.

Ylnaud is also a dedicated servant leader who supports immigrant families, mentors entrepreneurs and young people, and serves through his church and community organizations. 

Nanay was born in Petit-Goâve, Haiti, and moved to the United States at eight years old. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury University and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University. She currently serves as General Manager of Two Cousins Investment Property, Two Cousins Rentals, and Le Salon et Spa de Two Cousins. In 2022, she became a licensed REALTOR® to help individuals and families buy and sell properties across Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Nanay is also dedicated to helping Haitian immigrants adjust to life on the Eastern Shore through education, empowerment, and community service. Guided by her motto, “Haitian Excellence,” she strives to make a difference through both business and service.

Merland Orneus is a dedicated professional with a strong background in administration, marketing, client relations, and community outreach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is working toward earning her Master of Social Work. Throughout her career, Merland has gained valuable experience coordinating programs, managing communications, creating promotional materials, and assisting with organizational operations.
